Below are some FAQ's to assist you.  Should your question not be answered below, please contact us via the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


What are the printed specs of the publication?
COCOLILY Magazine is printed at the size of 8" x 10" perfect bound, 96 pages, full color, 80# text and cover with matte coating.

When is Volume 1 |  No. 1 expected to ship?
All pre-orders placed December 2 to December 20, 2014, will have an anticipated shipping date by mid January. A confirmation email will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.  Please check your junk mail in case the email was accidentally filtered into that folder.

Do you have wholesale rates?
Yes we do. The minimum order of 10 issues is required in order to be eligible for wholesale rates. Please contact us via the Contact Form with the subject line: Wholesale Order Inquiry.

Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, we are able to ship internationally. Please enter your country in the shipping tab and the rates will be calculated accordingly. NOTE: There is no tracking provided for International shipping.

Can I complete my purchase with different shipping and billing addresses?
Yes. During the checkout process, please enter a different ship-to address.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that all orders are processed through an off-site fulfillment center that ships the magazine via our mail courier, FedEx for North America and Canada Post for International. Delivery can range anywhere from 3-5 business days (domestic), and 2-4 weeks (international), depending on your location. International orders may be subject to import duties and customs taxes that are levied once the package reaches the border of the destination country. All incurred charges are the responsibility of the buyer; COCOLILY Magazine assumes no responsibility over such charges and any questions should be directed to your local customs or post office.
